LADIES, I GOT MARRIED TWO MONTHS AGO, AND USED PEDESTALS, I WENT IN WITH NO PRICE RANGE. I TOLD THEM WHAT WE WANTED THEY GAVE ME A PRICE, OF 4, 500 I GOT A HUGE DISCOUNT (GREAT BUT IN THE END) MY USHERS FLOWERS LOOKED LIKE CLOWN FLOWERS. AND MY CENTER PIECES, WERE NOT THE WAY I SHOWED THEM I WANTED AFTER SEEING MY SAMPLE. IVE BEEN MAD, AND MY HUSBAND SAYS IT WAS NO BIG DEAL.. I ASKED FOR LOTS OF CANDLES AND CRYSTALS, I GOT FEW CANDLES, AND EVEN FEWER CRYSTALS. I EVEN TOLD THEM UP THE PRICE IF NEED BE BUT MAKE THE CHANGES I ASKED FOR I DEALT WITH VITO, AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT HE DIDNT DO FOR ME.

did they ever show u a sample? did u talk to them about it? they come highly recommended on here, thats unfortunate that u had a negative experience.

we are using Pedestals. I saw another LIW bride's pictures who seemed to have the same experience as you -- her sample looked one way but her real centerpieces looked differently. We told Pedestals about this, and said we absolutely want our real centerpieces to look like the sample. I guess I won't know until the big day, but I'm hoping the same thing doesn't happen to us.

was it supposed to look like your big picture with the lilies? that looks 100% different (totally different flowers) than your real centerpieces.

we used them for a lot of stuff & were very happy. there was a mixup with something, but they were quick to contact us right after the wedding and resolved it with us completely.
it looks like they changed the main flower of your centerpiece from dendrobium orchids to hydrangeas and roses.
did you request a change???
i assume this one is the sample?
and this is from your wedding?

Yes, I totally see the difference & the real cp only had like 4 cally's verses many in the other. I am so oooo sorry about that. I am sure your Day was wonderful but I would fight them for some money back.

thats a shame that that happened to you, the last thing you need on your wedding day is to have to worry about someone not doing the job they paid for. i just saw pedestals at a bridal show and they were rude to me off the bat so they immediatly got corssed off my list to even check out

I would seriously consider taking both pictures and sitting down to speak with a manager in person. I am so sorry this happened to you as I had something close to this happen with my CP and know how disappointed it feels to walk in your RH with one vision and get another.

- whoa...there's a dozen calla's in the sample CP and then only three in the actual CP - they switched the dendrobium orchids and replaced them with green filler / roses / hydrangeas
Classic bait & switch -- I'd report it on BBB (better business bureau) and take them to court.

They replaced orchids with Hydgrangeas! I would kill someone!
If these are really the pics of what you were promised and what they actually delivered, it is ridiulous!
1 Hydrangea takes up the space of 5 orchids easily! And they are so much cheaper.
They didn't even do a good job will filling the actual cp in.

I totally agree, I would definately contact the BBB- they may be able to help you get your money back- or at least keep pedestals from doing this to other brides

I left there not knowing what I wanted. The lady Jenny didn't help me out what so ever. That is whi I went with Flower MIchele, John is amazing. He even stayed within my budget, actually less than.
