Pedestals or Stefans

Can anyone give me information on either of these vendors- specifically if you've already used them. Also, I heard Danny is the person to speak with at Pedestals. If he's not available, should I meet with someone else, or is it to my advantage to wait and get an appointment with him? Thanks!
