I think Burtons can! Obviously, you will probably have to pay extra since they are out of season.

Re: peonies in july?
I got an email today about peonies from Bella FlowersPeony- The Truth
I have tons of clients that ask me when peony are in season and it's somewhat of a complicated question. Florist for years have wanted peony to be around all year round and now they are. But what kind of quality will the peony be.
Local peony are in season May and June. They are locally grown on the east coast of the U.S and come from the the south and as the season continues the grown further north. This picture to the right is an example of locally grown peony.
Winter Peony
New Zealand Variety
New Zealand peony are around in the winter months but has a very different look then a local peony. The winter peony has a yellowish center and as not as full as the local peony. They are a strong and verstial flower but tends to be more expensive.
Chilean peony
Out of Season Peony
Chilean peony have been around for a few years but tend to be much smaller then a local or winter peony. They are also very expensive but a poor quality. You are truly dealing with an inferior flower that does not last and tends to fall apart easily. Bella Flowers does not support the use of these peony for weddings.

peonies in july?
I asked the same question about peonies... I could not find a florist who would do it. Every one I spoke to said peonies won't look right and don't hold up well when they are out of season.

peonies in july?
I'm booked with B*urtons because I felt very comfortable with them. They were very honest about peonies being out of season for my wedding but also worked very closely with me to create the look I want with a multitude of other flowers. I brought my mom with me to my last appointment, she was a horticulture major in college and really knows plants and flowers. I would try to create your vision using the flowers that are available for your date because they will look and hold up better. I can't wait to see what B*urtons is going to make for my wedding!Welcome New Vendors
