Crashing!! After a year of planning my wedding, and it's here in 10 days, I can honestly say do NOT worry about pleasing everyone, you never will. This is YOUR wedding and YOUR budget, do what you want and what you love. Screw the rest of them and enjoy yourself.

I have found a lot of people's true colors while wedding planning, and even kicked 2 people out of my bridal party. Trust me, you're better off without negative nancys!

I was dealing with this a lot and people were saying that all I do is talk about the wedding plans.. meanwhile, the only question people ask me is 'How are the wedding plans going?' So now to avoid being accused of talking about it too much and people giving their 2 cents, I just say, 'They are coming right along thank you'

It’s really crazy. I knew everyone would give their opinions but I guess I didn’t think that people would actually be so rude about it! I find it mostly funny and amusing, (as in, yes, I will certainly change my plans based on YOUR opinions! OK!)

What I really have an issue with is people scoffing at religious decisions regarding a wedding! That’s personal, and not something that can or should be judged.

Radio silence is what needs to happen to keep the busybodies away!

I've had a few people lately make comments about the inconvenience of a Friday wedding, which really ****** for me to hear because I struggled to come to terms with a friday rather than Saturday. My solution to the third one that made a comment? So don't come if it's that much of a problem! I wasn't about to get married a different time of year than I wanted or at a venue I didn't love just to be on a Saturday. You will never please everybody unfortunately!

Ugghhhhhh I feel your pain, everyone has an opinion. especially about our budget which to be honest with you is not a WHOLE lot. If I have one more person tell me we could use that money to put a down payment on a house I'n going to kick them in there kneecaps! lol as if we currently live in a shack and will never ever have money for a house!
