Percussionist....

Ladies........ I need help again!!!!

I think I want a percussionist to play alongside my DJ at the wedding.. Can anyone recommend someone that I can contact to start getting prices???

We are having a percussionist at our reception along with the DJ. He however works with our DJ so I don't know if he would work next to another DJ. If you have not picked a DJ yet we are having Parties Alive. The percussionist is supposed to be amazing and I have seen good reviews about him.

My sister used Pat Davis & so am I. He was ABSOLUTELY wonderful! We actually got him through our DJs (who is my best friend!)

HELLO,
We are using a Dj who has an awesome percussionist, but I think most dj's have their own percussionist who works wit them. Have you booked a Dj yet?

i totally want one also, but i already booked my dj and they dont have a percussionist.. do u think if you booked a seperate percussionist it would still work out as well, since they dont know each other?

I know of a company that does hire just a percussionist out Its L&S entertainment in valley stream the # is 516 794-3334 call and ask for joe and say that karen told u to call

When Vinny from High Voltage showed me Howie Bongo's video (that AMAZING percussionist), I HAD to have him. But he was booked. Oh well, saves me I suppose!

Percussionists really add something special when you have a DJ...such a great live feel. I just wanted Howie because he had at least 15 pieces to his ensemble...it looked like my classroom with all my percussion instruments! And the bride and groom get up and play with him!!! So cool!

i asked my DJ today about a percussionist. and he said that he has only used one for latin music playing parties.. but i know my sister in law used one.. and she had all kinds of music... what have your said?? anything like that?

Our DJ works with Howie also and we are using him. FH loves it I am on the fence about it. We booked him but I said if at the reception I think it's too much then we are not going to have him play too much.

I booked Boppa (I think that's his name) through my DJ. But, I know that he and Howie Bongo sub contract with a lot of different DJ companies. My DJ got Boppa's number through another DJ company. Ask your DJ. If he doesn't know of one, I'm sure he has friends in the biz that do that can help you out.
