Yes it is comparable for the area. We researched the selling price of similar houses in the area and many of them sold for that price and they did not have a new bathroom, new kitchen, central AC or a deck or were nearly as updated or clean as ours. A real estate agent friend of mine said it is in Diamond (their highest rating) condition.

I do have more pics but they post very small because I have to resize them.
For security reasons, my DH and I did not want to post pics of the inside of the house with our address as well, I think you can understand.

We will be putting a sign out tomorrow on our lawn and signs along the closest busy street.

We will be showing the house by appointment only on Sunday. The house also appeals to downsizers as well.

I live 2 towns over from you in Manhattan Beach and I feel your pain. It's so expensive out here in CA!!!

Yes, this is a very desirable area, very low taxes of only $3,800 and the house is all new (kitchen and bath), has CAC, a deck, all freshly painted, hardwood floors... I've seen houses with less than mine and in worst shape sell for that price or a bit more in the last 6 months.

It's a great school district. We are moving to another house in the same town because the location is so good. It's just that the house is too small for our family plans. It's also great for downsizers as well.

Thats a great price with those taxes.

We live in Northern VA and those taxes are unheard of and the prices of a single family is a easy 600k.
