My best friend is getting married in April and I am trying to come up with a shower gift. I don't want to get something off of her registry. Any ideas would be great. TIA.....

Once i got a friend a personalized album from www.redenvelope.com. It came out great and they loved it! Also, what about doing something for their honeymoon? I mean, give them a gift certificate to dinner or get them a massage at the hotel they're staying at. Who wouldn't love that!

If they are going somewhere beachy for their honeymoon you can get them a beach bag, towels and other sort of honeymoon things.
If they are wine drinkers you can put together a basket with wine and wine glasses and wine related things. I've seen this done with a picnic basket or a plain basket.
You can also buy something off of the registry and then buy things to go along with it that she wasn't registered for, sort of expand the theme of the item.
