Personal question...

Re: Personal question...

We also 'did it' before we were officially dating. We were in college, a little too much booze and...I guess he doesn't respect me any less since we dated for 6 years and are getting married in 3 months

I held out for seven whole days!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL! We did make out in the car like teenagers on the first date though. It's been a great source of amusement between us ever since.

Re: Personal question...

It was the 4th date - about 3 weeks. After 6+ years of being together, no, I don't think it changed any respect levels. I think we were true to ourselves...tho, if it were solely up to me, it would have been the 1st date.

2 weeks, I guess he still respected me, he asked me to marry him 11 months later

Yep, did it on the first date.

I agree with Jenny5150...if you are attracted to someone and want to have sex (and your reasons are sound), you should.

I don't think either of us lost any respect for the other...

The 3rd date. I didn't usually make it a habit of doing the deed that quick with a guy that I just met, but I knew he was special. Months later he admitted that he was a little surprised that I gave in so fast, but hey, when a cute guy comes on to you and it's been a while since you got any, it's kind of hard to resist!

Re: Personal question...

About 3 months give or take. As it turned out, we were hardly alone during the first few weeks of dating ... lots of double dating. It was fun & took the pressure off. When we finally got to be alone, we didn't waste any time!!
