anyone ever have one? What do they usually cost? I was thinking of getting one for the summer since I need motivation and have tried several work out plans that have failed. Are they worth it?
thanks! Lora

Re: personal trainers???????
I gave one a month and no results! I went religously. I'm not heavy in any mean (I'm a size 2 who is creaping pretty quickly to a 4- yes- please don't bash me!)
what I really need is to tone up. I need someone to tell me what to do. I hate gyms! I know I won't go regurally if I do sign up b/c that's what has happened in the past!

Re: personal trainers???????
I am not too familiar with the area, I only live in middle island for a few months. There is a ballys near the mall. Curves are ound there too (although I am too sceptical, that is works for weight loss - sorry fans)

Re: personal trainers???????
Curves for women,,it's the biggest crazy out there,,,it's a studio with equipment to do a circuit on....I think it's great for toning,,,but not weigth loss...you need more cardio than what a curcuit gives you. JMO

Re: personal trainers???????
Actually, that is not so. I was 13% bodyfat at 113lbs. before I started weight trainning.
I started weight trainning three- four days a week. I did NO cardio AT ALL. In three months I was one size smaller, 8lbs heavier, and was 8% bodyfat. My size got smaller, and I got stronger.
