So I just signed up for 9 more weeks with a trainer I have been working with and figured I would share some info...
I had trained with a woman at my gym who was great but it wasn't working...I was actually gaining weight (no, it wasn't muscle.) and was miserable. I stopped working with her because i was spending 35 bucks a session and not seeing the results i wanted.
I did some research and decided that I didn't need someone to work out with me since I know how to have proper form and will push myself, but I did need someone to tell me what workouts to do and what nutrition I should be giving myself. I found a woman who is an online personal trainer. At first I was like 'Huh? this won't work' But it totally has and I am so excited about it. For 9 weeks she charges 225 dollars (25 dollars a week.) She sends you a meal plan and workouts customized for you. It includes foods that you tell her you enjoy eating. She also has you send her pictures of yourself so she can see what your body type is so that she can better design your plan. I email her all the time with questions, comments, excitement whatever..she is always quick to write back.
So far, I have done 2 cycles with her and have lost about 15 pounds and lots of inches. I feel so much better and am going to keep up with this until our wedding so that I feel like a beautiful bride!
