Personalizing the Aisle Runner?

Hi ladies,
I know that a few of the limo companies we looked at offered the aisle runner as a part of the package. Have any of you asked to received it early so that you can add a monogram and/or personalize it? Let me know!~

I saw on another post somewhere that it isn't worth it for the cost b/c it does unnoticed.
I was considering it but after hearing that I decided to spend my money elsewhere....

I completely agree not to spend extra!!!!

BUT....since I can't throw flowers in the church and I am already paying for it in the package with the limo, I am thinking that I will make it my DIY project, just to add some color or something...I dunno!

How will you add your monogram to it? I'm just wondering...

We get a runner too but I think it's for entrance into the limo

Yeah so from what I understand form my FH's copius notes (this was his project to do)...we will have a red carpret from the limo to the church stairs and then we will have a white aisle runner in the church...I was actually considering.....

1). Adding a border of my colors?
2). Adding a monagram with paint and stencils
3). Adding the wedding date and a quote (ie. today I marry my best friend)
4). Our names?


I dunno, I am going to do some research on samples and maybe pick three elements. My aisle is like120 ft..

i never thought of the aisle runner as 'ours' i just thought that the limo company used the same one for everyone

There is a company named Hortense B Hewitt that carries personalized runners. What city do you live in? I will see who is the closest company that sells this line...

I thought this too but now that I think of it. It must get dirty ad it's usually paper thin so I get it is disposible.
