I'm now at my mom's where there are 4 elderly cats and 1 small dog. I slept on the pull-out couch with the dog and 2 cats. What a night! One of the cats hissed at me during the night because I rolled over and disturbed her sleep. At 4am, the dog started to cry because he couldn't find a place next to me where he could sleep. So what do I do? I get into a position so he could sleep behind my knees and move the cats so they're sleeping near my stomach! Boy these animals have US wrapped around their little paws!

They definitely do - I think in my sleep I'll push DH out of the bed so as not to disturb the cat that sleeps on the other side of me

Where to begin w/ my little monster...

My dog Benji watches me get ready in the morning. Another perv!! He knows when I am ready when I turn off the tv and sits by the door waiting to be taken outside or my sister's room. He also sits in front of whomever is eating or wants to run to the kitchen to watch who is cooking so he can get some scraps. Same thing goes for the other shi tzu we have. I swear they must mentally talk to each other. Once one of them knows someone is in the kitchen, the other comes out of nowhere trying to get there so they can get the scraps first!
He also has a habit of kicking down the throw pillows in the living room so he can lay on top of them! We always pick them up b/c we love to see him lift his front paws and kick the pillows
