OMG ac moore has thing thing that makes bows!!! you buy the ribbon and the bow maker thingy adn u can make your own! i forgot what its called but its like $15 and come with directions......they use it in the store too....they come out nice and it seems really easy to use!

while searching for pictures for you I found an ebay vendor who makes them, they actually look really nice
I think a simple piece of tulle can make for an elegant pew bow:

AC moore has a station in the store where someone can make bows and flower arrangements for pews. You just have to pay for supplies. My cousin did hers and they came out beautiful!

I like them both. I personally think that with pew bows, the less is more. I really like simple in a church for some reason....I like the big decorations at the RH.
