Photo-disappointment!

So yesterday, FH and I went to an appointment we had scheduled to meet up with a photographer (who is highly recommended on LIWeddings) and we were completely disappointed!!! We made an appointment for 1, the 'salesman' or whoever came to greet us at 1:30.. Basically let us know that they don't usually do Sunday weddings and then just passed us a pricing list.. I was expecting at least a presentation of the pricing (differences between packages).. maybe show us the work of who our photographer might be?? But.. nada! So disappointing.. but as Kristy says... 'Don't treat me as a bride, and I won't be booking'! LOL

Back to square 1..

UGH sooooo rude.....I agree...If I am going to be charged extra for being a bride than I want the treatment.... .....Try Glenmar I met someone at an expo at one of the venues I love and I loved them!

2 good photographers I know are Lawrence and deja vu.

One is my halls vendor. Saw albums and pics and the guy even spoke to me even when I told him I had my photographer already.

Maybe try them. Just an idea :)

You should have walked right up to the guy that handed you the price list and told them your horrible experience will be going on LI Weddings and see how many brides won't be booking with them now. You mess with one of us you mess with all of us
Ok, I'm done being mean now. I don't know what you budget is but TJ from Angel Project has been great to work with. Our first meeting we sat down and talked about what we were looking for and he showed us tons of albums. And he doesn't book too many brides because he wants the brides experience to be more personable and the turn around time for pictures to be faster.

Thats terrible... Im so sorry u had to go thru that!! Some of these vendors dont seem to realize how much power us brides have over whether their business does well or not. Obviously other brides are gonna think twice when they read bad reviews of someone they were planning to look at - they should really think about that before treating someone the way they do. As one of my vendors told me, this is your day and no one should tell u no - they should bend over backwards to do what u want... I like that! lol.
