Photo Spot- Beach near Lindehurst???

Hi,
I grew up in LI but have not lived there for well over a decade so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what beach would be closest to Lindenhurst??? I REALLY REALLY want to take pics before hand on the beach and would like to set up mine and FH's meeting by the beach for when we first see each other and get some great pics. Any suggestions????

Venetian is right in Lindenhurst.

hmm I'm not sure, I think if you don't have a beach pass you just have to pay the fee to get it in which is probably like $8 or something. I don't think you need a permit to take pics, but I'm not totally sure. Here is the link to the Lindenhurst Village website, you could probably call and find what you have to do, if anything, to take pics there. HTH!!

Venetian Shores...I called up town hall who said nothing was necessary to take pics. no permit no $$ nothing..sounds great to me. If you want to be sure here is the place to call
