I actually just saw frames this size at Christmas Tree Shop today ... but I didn't look at the price!
The prices on the sites are about the same after shipping. I was trying to find a place to buy in person.

I got them off of eBay for really cheap. I did the T-style frames because I wanted people to be able to put the strips on both sides, so they were a bit more than the L-style ones. But they were under a $1 a frame. I forget the exact price.
