Has anyone had experience with Gray Studios in Floral Park?

I used them for my wedding in June 2001. They were extremely nice during the selling process, and gradually got less interested in keeping me a happy customer. My photographer was not the most creative person, so I was initially disappointed with the proofs. When I called the studio to complain, the owner [Patty] told me that I shouldn't have expected certain photos b/c they are 'passe.' Complete BS, especially when the photos I was hoping for are posted on their website!

I do have beautiful pictures, but there are not as many candids as I would have hoped for.

My advice to you - if you use them, insist on Stephen or Michael for your wedding - they are the two best photographers at the studio. And, if you want a very creative, super edited video with a lot of added features, go with a separate video company. Our video is wonderful, but I only wanted a very simple edit so I chose a low end package.

We booked them for my 9/03 wedding! They were very highly reccomended and have been a pleasure to do business with so far. I too had been told to request Michael (the owners son) as my photographer. His work is beautiful- has even won awards for it.
I decided to go with a separate videographer.

Thank you all for your help. Your pictures are beautiful. I called them back and hired them. I also asked for Michael, who is the person we originally spoke to when we went there.
