Any photogs whos work is photojournalistic and fresh in style. That is reasonable? I contacted Patken and Amanda Picone so far.. I am waiting for a response. Duet is booked and so is Thomas Paul.
Any one else that does work like them?

We chose not to have video, so it was very important to us that our photos really capture the emotions of our day. Paul did that and thensome. He was totally unobtrusive, but got so many beautiful shots. I'm just having a tough time narrowing down which ones to use for my album!

ditto. Meg922 actually commented on one of my previous posts about Paul and then he was also at a showcase at the Milleridge so we booked him after that. We haven't done e-pics yet (probably in the spring) but he is very nice and easy to get along with. We also aren't doing a video but think he offers a nice mix of traditional and photojournalistic stuff. good luck.

Loving Photohraphy in style.. Actually just spoke to the owner and he was nice and took his time explaining a few things. Love love his photos OMG.!!!!
I think he is going to be the winner! Crossing my fingers until I see him next week.
Just now have to figure out what to say to my current photog... Any Ideas? I hate having to do this but I dont wana to regret anything!

Thomas Paul is book, so is so many other I have called... Amanda has one spot but another girl already has her in mind for the it too.

We used Brian Calabrese (just do a web search for him - he's easy to find) and were THRILLED with how everything came out! He brought an assistant for free, gave us all our images in high res dvd, and made the whole process a ton of fun! The photos are *phenomenal* too if I do say so myself...
I made an album myself for my grandparents and mom and plan to make the ILs one for Christmas but the album he made for us (we only paid for one album) was gorgeous too -- and I had it in hand within 2 months of the wedding!!! Talk about instant gratification!
His prices were great, too!
