what the price includes (such as album, parent albums, if you get the pics on CD, how many prints you get, how many pictures they take)

You also want to ask them how many photographers you'll have on your wedding day. Typically the photographers include the thank youi cards too.

The avg. price for photography can range anywhere from 5k to 7k depending on what's included in the package.

ask about incentives. Like what can they add on to the package. Because of the economy, lots of vendors will throw in things now.

Just look at their book of pics and see if its the style you like.

Just be sure you know exactly what her package includes, so you can compare when making a decision. For us, we wanted 2 photogs, we wanted pro albums for us and our parents, we wanted enlargements and thank yous, and engagement shoot anddddd rights to our photos on cd. We went with the photog with amazingggg pics, that included all of those things and more! Have fun. I personally believe the photog is the most important vendor, so take your time choosing and go with your gut!
