Photographers.......

Can anyone recommend a good photographer with an artsy way to them that will cost me around 5,000 for photo/video together.......My fiance' just had back surgery and is out of work for awhile so money is tight. I love all those photojournalistic styles, but they are all so exspensive--I looked into imagine studios, which I loved, but it would have cost me about 7,000--way too high for our situation right now--can someone please help!!!

You might want to try www. jaimecollinsphotography.com she's pretty amazing. I booked her cause of all the reasons you mention, but you would need to add on a different video person cause she only does photography. She's from CT, but isn't charging me travel expenses to LI.

On my budget vendor page I have about 6 or 7 people who I like who start at under $1500, and some video people in that range too.

call ADA Studios - they can give you photo/video for less than $5,000 - they're great to work with!
