FH is a little annoyed that I'm 'ready to blow the entire budget on pictures.' He acknowledges that since he hates having his picture taken he can understand why pictures aren't important to him, but he knows it's important to me.
I'm willing to splurge on the pictures/video since those are our memories.
What's 'normal' to spend on this?

Thanks ladies...looks like I'm falling right in line budget-wise.
I'm willing to not go crazy on flowers and I think we can not go crazy on limos. Since we're not having a bridal party, I think that really will cut down on those expenses.
Let's see if I can convince FH to go with the more artsy, creative people!

I set out with a 5k budget, but then realized I really dont think its worth that much... to me at least... so now I'm aiming for 3k and its possible b/c another bride from LIW has done it!!!

Re: Photographer/videographer budget
I heard somewhere that the average for photographers is around 1,000-2,000, but around this area it is 5,000. Everyone I know is between 5,000-10,000. We are spending a little over 5,000 for photos and video.
