Has anyone met with them? I asked in the official photography thread but the name was *********** out. And I tried searching there is not one mention of them on the boards..

Can anyone give me any insight to this? I really like their work but I find it out I can't find any information on them on here.

Why can't I say bretmathews but we can say patken and fad to black and duet and thomas paul, etc??

B*R*E*T*T M*A*T*T*H*E*W*S is not a preferred LIW vendor so you have to spell it out differently... try searching the way i spelled it

Wow that is very strange to me. I understand certain vendors not being on the recommended/preferred list, but blacklisting their name and trying to prevent from being used in discussions? Never heard of anything like that. M

Makes me wonder what the heck is wrong with them! Kinda something I'd like to know since I'm meeting with them tomorrow!

It doesnt mean anything is wrong with them. You can FM Client Services and find out why.

I asked and apparently the company asked for their name to be blocked! Will definitely be asking them about it tomorrow!

Usually it's because there was a bride or brides posting negative things about them and they asked to be removed.

It doesn't have anything to do with being or not being a preferred vendor. People get blocked either because they request to be, or I guess in some cases if they tried to pose as brides, etc etc.

If you ask TPTB< they're usually pretty up front about telling you why so you can decide for yourself.
