So I am searching for a photographer and all I really want is someone to take professional photos all day and then let me have the digital copies to do with as i please. I dont want 3 blown ups and like 30 in an album, etc... I just want good pictures. Does anyone exist out there who will just take pictures and thats it?

Twelfth Night does! They give you your pics on a DVD, and you can print them as you need. It comes with 3 DVD's with the best pics set to music.

A lot of photographers do a la carte pricing, meaning you don't need to purchase albums if you want to design your own.
I would find out from the ones you're interested in, almost all the ones I visited offered this.

Their work is amazing. There were quite a few 05 brides that used them and their work is really amazing.

Roma Photography did amazing work. All his pricing is a la cart. I didn't book him because he was more than my budget ( I wanted the albums) but his work was fablous!
I think I posted this exact same question 2 or so months ago and the girls talked me into 12th night. I booked them and its perfect!

When you say 700 proofs those are like actual prints of the pictures, do they say PROOF on them or are you essentially getting a set of pictures for yourself?
I am really interestedin the digital negatives.

I picked my favorite photographer and told him I just wanted all my pics on a disk, no albums and although he didn't normally offer that as an option he did do it. I think most photographers will do it if you ask. Especially if you're a slower time of year, you have more bargaining power!

That's exactly what I did with mine. No albums. I will do it myself.
You can ask for whatever package you want. The only thing you risk is no.
