Hi! I had my first vendor meet on Saturday, and though i REALLY liked her, and her pricing, her work wasn't as photojournalistic as I wanted. To sum it up, when I asked FH what he thought of her work, he said 'Whaetever, wedding pictures are wedding pictures, they all look the same' URGH, just what I DONT want! She had some candid shots, but it just didn't feel right. I think I may have expensive taste when it comes to photography! Does anyone have a photojournalist working with their photographer? If so, can you FM me some info, pricing examples would be GREAT!!! We are off from work this week, on the only vacation days we wuill have before the wedding, I am anxious to get SOMETHING done!!! TIA!

Re: Photojournalist
My FH didn't like this approach but if you are looking for something different try Patken. THey have a mostly photojournalistic approach which was very interesting.

Re: Photojournalist
try silverfox.... they have a dozen photographers, some are very photojournalistic and others are traditional... i got a middle of the road photographer who is going to do some traditional posed things, but also photojournalistic...

Re: Photojournalist
we are getting a photojournalist my FH was actually very excited about it surprisingly...we are using ADA the package is expensive ($5700) but if you add everything we are getting up individually it would be over $7000 so we are getting a great deal and they even threw in some extras with no charge
alone the photojournalist cost $900

Re: Photojournalist
Another 12th Night Bride- I can't believe how well my pictures came out. I was so happy!!! I definitely recommend them. Definitely a photojournalist style- they got there before DH and I so there are pictures of us arriving, getting ready- even FIL tying his tie. Dominic is the best!
