Phyliss from bridal elegance

Anyone have a bad experience? just wanted to know thinking about ordering my BM dresses from her... i have heard good things just wanted to know if there was any bad

I would like to know also ... she gave a great price for my BM dresses but I am a little concerned about that they have to pay in full to get the discount.

everyone has one or 2 bad reviews on here.... but over all, she has very good comments.

She's also the LI alterations queen....

i ordered my dress & the girls dresses from her & had no problems yet. the girls dresses came in less than a month from when i ordered them...i am still waiting for my dress so cant really comment on that...she is really helpful though

I didn't order my wedding things from her, but when I was in the WOTY she did our dresses, and was wonderful to work with.

I had good experiences with her, but I know SweetCin704 had major issues with her that were later resolved.

As other's have posted - there are tons of good experiences brides have had with her, but there are some mixed reviews scattered in there too.

Just make sure when you meet her, you feel comfortable and at ease.

My experience wasn't good for my wedding or for a dress that I ordered from her for another event. Only good thing was price. Another girl who was married around the time I was also had a bad experience but I don't think she comes on here anymore. I am starting to think that Phyllis will always take care of a bride, but for anything else, she slacks. There is some info in my review and I tried to be fair.

I didn't order my dress from her,but she did my alterations and was great!!!!!!

I didn't order my dress from her but she did my alterations and did an AMAZING job. My dress was 12 layers of tulle and satin and such and that meant 12 layers that needed to be hemmed and finished off and she did a wonderful job. I highly recommend giving her a try.
