i agree that something lighter would probably be better, because the CH probably has a lot of the pasta and heavier stuff... i'm a HUGE friut person, so i would love the fruit salad one or the melon and proscuitto... although if you think fruit might be too sweet to start off with, the crepes sound good..... yumm!!! ok- i need to go on my lunch break, cause now i'm STARVING!!!

IMO...not everyone likes seafood and certain veggies (asparagus,eggplant, broccoli..) so i would suggest the Fruit dish or the stuffed shells...but that's just me.

I was just there for the showcase last night, and my favorite HANDS DOWN was the eggplant rollatini. SOOOOOO good!!!!!! So, that's what I vote for. Plus EVERYONE can eat it!

Melon and Prosciutto

or

Mosaic of Sliced Fruits and Berries
Sliced honeydew and cantaloupes melons, pineapple, and oranges
garnished with strawberries and mint

I agree. I know several people who either don't like/can't eat seafood. I would go with what most people would enjoy. Everything sounds delicious, though.

I love everything and you have a GREAT selection, but you have to keep in mind that some people are allergic to shellfish so that rules the seafood dishes out.. and I liked the stuffed artichoke, but it's messy (at least it was for me when my grandmother made it!!)
here would be my choice.. HTH
