picking a florist
Just wondering -- this is probably a stupid question -- Should you pick a florist that's close to your church, where you're having your reception or does it matter?

Re: picking a florist
I don't think it really matters. Most florists work all over the area and will be able to accomodate you.

Re: picking a florist
A good florist WILL travel from ANYWHERE. It should not matter.

Re: picking a florist
If you plan to have a 'small' order, as I would, for example, only ordering bouquets and chuppa, they it should be close to the church/reception site.Otherwise, they may not want to take the small job or will charge more for traveling, etc. That's what our catering hall mgr said.
