Picking Bridal Party...

Ok, so as many of you know, I am very lazy in this wedding planning business...lol

FI and I have been engaged a few days short of 4 months and we are just now getting a move on it. Granted we aren't getting married until 2005, but still, we are lazy.

We have decided who we want in the wedding party, now all we have to do is ask them.

How did you girls ask your friends/family to be a part of your special day? We want to do something memorable. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe send them each flowerswith a note attached?

Oh thats actually really cute! Good idea...see, I am clueless and didn't even think of that myself. What about the guys? I don't think they will appreciate the flowers as much as the girls.

What about maybe inviting them all out to dinner and asking everyone together?

I just asked, didn't do anything creative.

Maybe a bottle of alcohol? or the beer of the month, sent to the house?

FI just said maybe he would ask them over for Monday night football next week and ask them then, the boys won't be as touched as the girls if we do something sweet I don't think..lol I can maybe hand deliver the flowers to the girls while the boys are at our house. Then again that might take all night..lol

Hmm, now the little kids...Maybe I will get them those build a bear things. ring bears for the boys and flower girls for the girls.

K, I think I have it down pat now.
