I'm going tonight to my RH to go over the menu. But I'm confused about the minimun garanteed. Do I have to give a final number tonight? or is the final count given later on?

I think the final count is 2 weeks to 10 days beforehand.

So i don't have to give them a number tonight right? What about if you want any upgrades? They just won't add the cost until you give then the final numbers? Sorry, I'm a little slow today.
