I think I look like a big marshmallow. I think I am going to have to drop about 20 lbs for this thing to look right...what do you girls think.

Marshmellow? NO way! You look like a bride to be!!! You don't need to loose 20lbs either, you look great. I just think we are not use to looking at ourselves in wedding dresses!

Your dress is beautiful and you do not look like a marshmellow! I would try a slip like the other ladies suggested. I'm having the same issue with my dress and just bought 2 slips to try on at my next fitting.
But, regardless if you get a slip or not, you will be a beautiful bride!!
ETA: and you do not need to lose any weight! You are beautiful!

The dress is beautiful ! - And keep in mind your hair isn't done, your make up isn't done...........you can't get the 'full effect!'

I do agree with Julz though. A slip with some crinoline will help fill out the shape of the gown part.
Also, if you are interested, instead of going to Victoria Secrets for a body shaper, try getting a custom fit corset. My salon recommended me to Sylvia's in Rockville Centre -- they are supposed to do wonders!
