Pilates Videos?

I want to get one but, there are so many out there - for those of you who have tried them, which one is best?

I don't know the best one but I'm suggesting that you stay away from Denise Austin. I had to mute her when I attempted her pilates tape. She's irritating.

i completely agree!!! i have one from living arts i think... it's ok. my roommate has the winsor (maybe windsor?) pilates one - that's the famous one. she really likes it.

i have the pilates weight loss one, its the crunch one, i only started it today and it it hard, so i guess it really works

i would absolutely suggest the windsor pilates, it is tough at first but if you stick to it you will definately see dramatic results, it is really unbelievable.
