I have 8 Bridesmaid wearing a dusty pink and 2 MOH's wearing a cotten candy pink. Is pink flowers too much??? I don't want it to look like a sweet 16 but I love PINK!!

Re: Pink Bmaids = Color Flower?
what if they carried ivory flowers and your carry pink? Also, I would bring swatches for the dress colors with you to your florist appointments so they don't give you flowers that will clash with the pink.

Re: Pink Bmaids = Color Flower?
I just recently went to a florist who told me that if my girls are wearing purple they cant have any purple flowers in their bouquet. He picked yellow & pinks for their purple dresses!
He can be completely wrong but I just thought I'd share the advice I heard...good luck

Re: Pink Bmaids = Color Flower?
I did pink flowers with my rose/blush bridesmaid dresses and thought it looked great.
It was pink peonies, pink mini roses and champagne roses.
ETA: I also love pink. My bouquet was light pink peonies, ivory mini roses and champagne roses. HTH!

Re: Pink Bmaids = Color Flower?
I think pink is fine since it is your wedding color. Your florist would be able to help you with this issue since it is their job. My florist said that if the dress is a dark color then we would do a lighter version of the same color and vice versa.

Re: Pink Bmaids = Color Flower?
My girls are wearing dark pink, and I struggled with the flowers because I felt like pink flowers was overboard. But in the end, I realized, as long as it's a different shade of pink and you throw in a few other subtle hues (I chose blue delphiniums and some greens), it breaks it up enough that it doesn't look too pink.

My girls are wearing pink so their boquets are mostly ivory w/ some hot pink. My bouquet is mostly pink w/ some ivory.
