Here is my advice:

FM her during the day if you need an answer right away. She has a 9-5 job that doesn't let her check her personal email at work so FM works very well for this.

As for Rebecca, I had a horrible experience with her. She spent weeks stringing me along and in the end didn't want to make my invites b/c they were similar in design to what another company makes. Hello?!?! She copies design invites all the time! In the end, she just stopped responding to my emails and basically ignored me. That waw so rude.

Give Diana some time. This is a very popular time of the year for her and she's very busy. Definitely try FMing her and I'm sure she'll get back to you very quickly.

At first Diania never got back to me when I e-mailed her. She said she would and never did.

I recenlty e-mailed her again and after a while, she sent me some samples. So I have been e-mailing her about changes and no response!

Even when she did reply, she never answered all of my questions.
Has anyone ever expereinced this?

It seems like it takes so long just to get my invites in order. I am so aggravated!

So many brides rave about her, but the customer servcie has been poor



I don't want ot keep chasing her.

omg!!! i go through the same thing all the time with her! it took sooooooooooooooo long to get the ball rolling. I am finally in the design phase and hopefull will get the invites in a week or two.
it is very frustrating. i think she does this as a side job. I've been trying to order invites for the past month!
and now we are finally seeing some results...

she is very talented though. I guess she is also so busy with all of us brides sending her requests. Its gotta be a hard business!

i think bc u are getting married in oct she knows you have time. She is prob swamped with May/June brides. give her a chance to get back to you.
