Just so you are aware its not always 'COPS' that give those tickets. In fact most of the time its not a 'COP'. Most are traffic enforcement officers (not considered real cops). They deal with illegal parking, expired inspections & registrations. Etc. So dont blame the poor guys that try to keep our streets safe. Blame the traffic division in your area that singled you & not the illegally parked commercial vehicles out!

Actually, mine was from a cop.... not a traffic cop... i parked infront of my own drive way and instead of giving those around me tickets who were double parked, two of them ticketed me for parking infront and blocking my own driveway...
its sad though because in all honesty, its the jerky cops like those who give cops a bad name... and future brother in law, who is an AMAZING COP, ends up having to deal with all those who arent :(
I think she was just venting and didnt mean anything by what she said.

Mine was a Cop. There was a badge number on there and FMIL spoke to the Officer who issued the ticket. He was just trying to make up for the quota for the end of the month.

yea i thought it was 2 years too but its not...my car will be 1 in april and thats when i need my first inspection...i think bc its just a safety inspection they do it earlier

Well, I took care of everything. I got my car inspected during lunch yesterday. Ladies, just don't forget to have your car inspected. It is your responsibility. They don't send you anything that reminds you. You have to check the sticker. And, it is not every two years! It's every year!
