Place Cards

We are doing place card boxes--they are the same shape as a traditional place card(small tent) but is closed like a box-- on the front you pick any design/wording and then we are printing place card seating labels on the back-- we are filling them with truffles check out the website--the quality of the labels are amazing Laura www.favorlabel.com

Place Cards

Im think about possibly using a seating chart instead of all those little cards. I have seen this done a few times. Its a large frame with a matted listing of guests and their table assignments. I might not work if you have a lot of guests.

Fran M.Place Cards

Hi, My FI's cousin used a seating list at the Chateau Briand, it was different but very hard to find names when everyone is trying to find there own. Just my thought.

Fran M.Place Cards Thanks that what I am afraid of

I like the look of the seating list and the fact that you can use the frame later on. I hope to have about 150 - 170 people. I was thinking about two identical lists with copies given to the staff for additional assistance (if they will do that). Thanks for your input, Im not sure what I will use yet.

Just went to a wedding that used a seating chart. It was very hard to find my name, and they had crowd around it, so you had to stand in line. I'm using placecards with shells glued on them (nautical theme) and table names of historic lighthouses with their photos.
