Placecards - did you handwrite, have done or what?

Hey ladies -I'm down to the final stretch...and now comes the hell called table assignments! I bought those little fold over placecards but they are blank. Did you guys write the names & table # in yourself, have them porfessionally done or somehow do them on a printer? I really need to get these done by mid next week at the latest. Help!

I did them on my computer and printed them out myself.

my sil has very nice handwriting and she wrote them out for me.

How do you get them into the printer?

i am doing them on word, taking them to kinkos, having them print it on cardstock, cut them & fold them.

I've only seen them handwritten. How would you do them on a home printer?

They come as a sheet, or you cut them yourself. I am doing placecard candles and printing them on a sheet of vellum, then cutting

im getting calligraphy free from a friend,
in my opinion its worth the extra money to pay since itsnot much compared to the $ on the rest of the wedding

I did them myself in purple glitter ink. My printer didn't like the placecards.

I printed the names on vellum and added a little rhinestone at the top:
