Are you planning to attend your Cocktail Hour? I know so many brides who skipped their cocktail hours to take pictures and regret not being at the CH.
I would feel bad making my guests wait for me since my church is in Queens and the reception will likely be in Nassau or Suffolk. However, I don't want to miss a moment of the partying!!!
If you are planning to attend your cocktail hour, do you have a sample timeline for your wedding day that you can post or FM?

church 4 pm leave church 5pm travel to park (10 min from hall) 5:45-7:30 pictures 8pm cocktail hour starts

I will definitely be at my CH, however me and FH are gonna see each other to take pics before the ceremony
Church 2 Leave Church 3:30-4 Pics 4:30-6:00 CH 6-6:30 (havent decided yet)

pictures 430-whenever (we have to drive from the ceremony in hempstead to east wind in wading river, that'll take up some time too....)

We will definitely be attending our CH. Our schedule will look something like this:
3:00 - 4:30: Pics at Old Westbury Gardens 5:15 - 6:00: Family pics at hall 6:30 - 7:00: Ceremony 7:00 - 8:00: CH 8:00 - 12:00: Reception

We are attending out ch. This was important to us. Temple 4 pictures at a park 4:45-6:15 then off to the Ch for 7.

Invite calls for 7 (because people are always late) Ceremony at 7:30 Cocktail hour 8 Reception 9-1am
We will be at our cocktail hour because I want my sushi!!!!

we'll be at our coctail hour, we don't wanna miss a thing! timeline is as follows...pics outside/inside aquarium around 4:30-6, ceromony at 6:30, coctail hour at 7, reception 8-12. ~lacey

we are definitely going to be at our cocktail hour. by the time our wedding rolls aroudn we'll have saved up for 2 1/2 years for this bash. no way in heck are we going to miss a minute of it! not sure of exact times but here's what our day will look like:
2 hours BEFORE ceremony: picks of bride/groom, bridal party, immediate family ceremony cocktail hour reception

Church 1:30 in Bklyn Drive to Hall 3:00 Pictures 4:00-530 @ Hall Relax (hopefully) 5:30-6:30 CH 6:30

Church 4pm Leave church 5-5:15 Pictures Cocktail hour 7pm (I went to the 2nd half of the cocktail hour. Our church was in seaford and the reception was way out in suffolk. I oakdale.

Arrive at reception location at 5. Pics 5-6 CH starts at 6... so hopefully yes we will be able to make it
