Please be careful driving out there....
...a friend just ran into the back of a garbage truck. He's ok, thank God, but please drive carefully and don't ride too close behind the garbage trucks that are salting the roadways,..they stop short a lot!

I just came home from the store and as fast as you clean the snow off the car, it comes back. The roads are very bad. Be safe ladies. Edited to say I just won $50 on a scratch off ticket that I bought at the store!

I put our truck to the test today, it is really still not easy...be careful all. Jen now you can definitely get my xmas gift

I just came in from the dentist (I am back at work :( ) . The roads are treacherous, cars that are driving too fast are doing 180’s when they hit the brakes. It took me an hour to get from Oyster Bay to Woodbury. On a good day it takes less than 15 minutes. I hope we get out early as it doesn’t look like it’s letting up.

My sister just had an accident in Philadelphia, another car hit her from the back. She is Ok, but the car has been towed.

No wonder it took my mom an hour to get home from Hicksville to East Meadow!Thanks for the warning ladies... I am heading out in 10 minutes. Be careful everyone. Safe arrival home.

The main roads are very bad. Please do be careful. We got let out 2 hours early at my school

It's really bad out there everyone....I left work early and it took me triple the the time to get home then normal. please be careful--the later it gets, the less the visibility. BE SAFE!!

It took me 1 hour which normally takes me 15 minutes to get home. I saw accidents everywhere on the way home. I'm so glad I decided to leave work early. Hope everyone gets home safely!!!

I leave for work at 7:30pm and am already nervous. I should still be sleeping but I can't because I HATE driving in the snow!!!!!

Okay, FH just called and said he got to leave work early and will be home in about an hour (he works in Jersey City). That means he'll be able to drive me to work in his truck tonight! Yeah, now maybe I can sleep a little!!

The roads are VERY bad!! Driving to Mineola this morning I saw at least ten car accidents. It took me three hours to get home to smithtown. Be careful!!!

I totally agree. Everyone should be very careful - My office is only 2 miles away from my house, and it took me a full half hour to get home...

Normally it's a 35-45 minute drive. The roads are beyond horrible. Stay in ladies!!!
