Maybe try Douglaston Manor Club (I think that's their name). I second the recommendations for Woodbury Country Club and CLM. George Washington Manor, Fox Hollow, and Coral House are also pretty affordable.

Thanks for the link, I don't want to waste time with halls that are out of her budget!

I have called roughly 15 halls already, the majority are booked. BUT, a few have her date open. It really stinks about the Townhouse. Luckily for her she's getting married in Oct, imagine if it was May or June?!?!?!
