Please help!!!!!!!

I need to find a church that does not require classes or you to be a member. It can be anywhere from Center Moriches to Sayville and needs to hold 140 people. Any ideas?

what kind of classes do you mean?

if you mean pre-cana, i'm pretty sure all churches require something like that to perform a ceremony

Yeah- I really dont want to do any classes. There were a few churches so far that I have found that didnt require anything but I didnt like them:(

if you are looking for a catholic church then you can try St pat's in Bay Shore. You have to do pre cana but it is 1 1/2 days....all in one weekend. And you don't have to be a member

if you are getting married in a catholic church then you are required to do pre-cana...its really not bad at all...its actually pretty good and you can get alot out of it...I did 2 day pre-cana, i did it on a friday and saturday...its not like a class, its more of like group counseling of some sort lol...all you do is talk about your relationship, problems that may come up and how to handle them. You also do these quizzes to see how well you both know eachother. Even DH surprisingly said he actually enjoyed it.

It is a requirement of the catholic church. I am not even catholic but married in a catholic church and just had to do it, i didnt mind at all.

I'm getting married at a Lutheran church in Rocky Point (The Fish Church as the locals know it). You need 2 meetings with the deacon who is really sweet. Good luck finding a Non Catholic church out here!!!! It took me 4 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! No joke
