Why don't you do one candle with 6 names? 6 is alot if you think it is. It's your day so do as you choose.

Re: Please help me with memorial candles
I had 4 larger candles each with one person's name on it and then I had a smaller one that said 'For all of our loved ones' or something to that affect. I don't think 6 is too many at all.

Thank you ladies for your ideas...I have to think about this a bit more.
I might be able to combine a few names to get it down to 3 or 4 candles...6 just seems like too many for me

Re: Please help me with memorial candles
im doing 1 for fh's father and 1 for all our grandparents.
im not writing anything on the actual candle but rather having pictures of the loved ones and a poem/saying in a frame.

Re: Please help me with memorial candles
unfortunately we have a few people who won't be with us.. but what we are doing is just votive candles with vellum wrapped around them with the name saying in memory.. we have more than 6 i think.. probably be displayed at a table with old wedding photos or maybe by our guest book..not sure yet. So i think it's really up to you.. it's your day.. and i think you can do it any way you want
