Please help - wedding this weekend, but still no makeup person!
I went for a makeup trial this Saturday and really didn't like it. I asked for a natural look, but ended up with heavy shadows, huge lips, and loads of makeup on my face. I could hardly recognize myself. My wedding is this Saturday and I am freaking out. :( If you know of any makeup artist, who can create a natural, but beautiful look, please let me know. Thank you very much. :(

Try Karen Wysoki (vendor on here)...she did my friend's makeup for her wedding who wanted the same natural look that you do and she looked beautiful! I also had a trial with her and she did an awesome job Also the MAC counters at Macy's have great makeup artists. Good luck...my fingers are crossed for you that you'll find someone!!!

She does a beautiful job with makeup, bring in pictures of what you like.

Thank you soo much girls! I forgot to mention, I'll be getting ready in Brooklyn, so I would probably have to look for someone not too far.
I am so nervous now. I can't imagine I have only several days before the wedding and still no makeup artist. I truly hope I can find someone on such a short notice...

Michelle at Maximus at the Source mall (Westbury)...she did my make-up for my e-pics (check my album to see her work)...make sure to ask for her specifically otherwise you may not get her.

i would definitely check out the mac counters in macys or bloomingdales.

I don't know where you live, but if you are near Bellmore, I would suggest talking to Lisa from Metro Modes on Newbridge Road. She did my makeup trial for me, but was unavailable for my wedding as it was her sister's Sweet 16. She's really good at what she does.
