There are 2 bridal gowns that I'm torn between. I'm a plus-size girl, so while I like tulle in my gown, I'm afraid that'd it'd make me look even heavier. I'm already pear-shaped as is). The one with the tulle is by Kenneth Pool I believe. The other bridal gown is all silk (Vera Wang, in fact) and has no tulle on the outside. I'm wearing the Vera Wang gown in the pic. Which dress do you think looks good on me? I figure that less is more, so I tried looking for less ornate dresses....I'm still undecided, ugh...please advise....

I think the vera will look better. The one on u in shiny and won't be as flattering as something with a higher and more defined waist with ruching.

Thanks to all for your replies!!!!!!!!!! I very much appreciate it!!! Just to update, I decided to buy the gown with the tulle (by Kenneth Pool). I love it & it does look good on me!! It looks better than the Vera Wang dress on me & more sparkly too...Yes, it is possible to pull off wearing tulle, lmao, even on pear shapes!! :) Thanks again! =)

a natural waist ball gown is what i find covers my belly best! :) i love the kenneth pool dress, i tried it on it was gorgeous but wayyyy too much for me to spend! lol
