Please help with my donation favor wording....

We are giving seed packets and attaching cards to them.

We are donating to the American Heart Association in memory of FH's mom.

Try something like the traditional:

In lieu of favors, we are making a donation to XYZ ...

then you can put your reasons whether they are in honor of family members affected or just bc that is a cause you both believe in.
