Please Help....My First dress fitting at RK Bridal
was a disaster....My dress was ordered way too big and they assured me that it was easy t take in. So I had my first fitting today and I am really upset because I am not satisfied that the work she did is going to be good...I was really upset all day. For all I know it will be fine at my next fitting, but I was very unsure that the fitter knew what she was doing...
Did anyone get their dress from RK Bridal???? How were your fittings???? Thanks for your feedback.....

I got to try my dress on last week for the first time at RK Bridal & besides it being SOOOO HOT, I thought their process was weird, they bring you in & then they rush you out. It was so pushy and rushed that i was sweating & felt uncomfortable. My dress was big too, but I was relieved (I thought it wouldn't fit over my booty) But I am nervous about the alterations b/c the dress has a lot of bead work & it may warp the look of it! I'm still not sold on them yet. I guess we'll see. Good luck though. Keep me posted

i got my dress there, but dont plan on having my alterations done there because i havent heard such great things. now i just need to find a great seamstress..............
anyone know of any??

I got my dress from RK and while it hasn't arrived yet, I've heard it's best to take the dress elsewhere, usually for the reasons you've said. They rush you through, can be impatient, and tend to not be flexible about when you can schedule appointments to come in. From what I've read no one has ever complained of the work itself, just the service.

I went for my try-on a few weeks ago and the service was fine. My first fitting is 7/31. Hope it is better than your experience. My fits perfectly everywhere but the bust which is probably the most difficult part to alter.
My friend used them for her wedding 5 years ago and was happy. She had opposite issue. They ordered huge to make sure it fit her bust and it needed to be taken in quite a lot. It looke great in the end.
