I had a huge 'no' return as well. A lot of people that I truly expected to be there. In the end I had about 65 people and it was wonderful because I got to spend time with each person.

I'm still waiting on RSVPs, but so far only 45 are set to be there. lol. I'm sure there will be a lot more tho because I know certain people who are definitely coming, but just haven't sent in the card yet. 105 were invited, I'm expecting at least 80.

i had a 100 min- but the kicker is most all the no's are my side- i have two tables of 10 and the rest of the tables are his family,friends and parents friends. so sad and those who did say no 3 of them came to my shower

We got a lot more no's than I expected also, and I didn't meet my minimum. I invited 215, we had 165 at the wedding (min was 175).

I invited A LOT more than are coming, but KNEW people who could not come from Australia, Florida and California, etc.
We invited about 135 and 110 are coming. I actually invited my entire office verbally - I felt funny to give them invites for an out of state wedding. Ironically only one guy is coming w/his wife - they are so nice - and he just sort of was let go recently - like a forced resignation. Eeek.

Girls, don't feel bad..
We invited about 350 and 230 said yes..then we had 10 no-shows the day of. Our minimum was 240..and our rh didn't make us pay for the extras. Honestly...I was soo thrilled to have the people that chose to be there, there for us. Some people were missed, but it was more about who was there with us. It's not quantity, it's quality.

we invited 201 .... we just called in our final count today at 125 (exactly at our minimum..whew!!) .... there were a lot of ppl from out of town who were supposed to come who then couldn't because of money reasons..etc. And a few ppl who are older and just weren't up to it cause my cocktail hour starts later (8:30) and the wedding ends at 1:30 am... so i understand. So in the beg. we expected about 145-150... but it works out cause our balance is only for our vendors which are discounted... and everyone that is coming are people we truly want there.. we will miss those who can't make it..but we are gonna try and see everyone that couldn't after the wedding for dinners and visits
So...we are okay, and I can't complain...but why do those 4 have to be so difficult???

and i agree.. up until yesterday ..we had 4 outstanding as well..and i'm like cmon now. We had to track down so many ppl and i can't understand how it's so hard to just mail in a response!!!!!!!!
