I think spelling looks pretty good but there are some things that are capitalized and others that are not. For example the tomato isn't capitalized but the next word is. I think that it would look better if it was consistent. I might get rid of Main and just have Entree since it might flow better. I'm sorry if I'm being picky, I'm a chef.

hmmm - first off - sounds SO YUMMY!!! can i come?
so - regarding caps again - what if you pick an all cap font...this way you dont have to worry about it...
for example you have
Lemon & Butter Sauce capitalized but not
natural au jus or tomato basil salsa


also you have 'Coated' capitalized but not 'filled '


don't worry i am the world WURST speller (yes - that was an intentional joke :) ) i would do an 'all cap' version

I got distracted from the spelling because everything sounds so good!!
I LOOOOVE cannoli filling, I think I def want it for my cake too.

The biggest thing I caught was the Sunday/Sundae also.
