Re: Please recommend a veil place

A lot of girls rave about Barron's at Tri County, but I have never been. Believe it or not, Bridal Suite of Centereach had a HUGE selection of veils that were organized and neat (they can get destroyed in some stores). I am in search of a veil as well.

Re: Please recommend a veil place

Check out BellaBridalVeils on Etsy.com. I got a crystal and beaded edge fingertip length from her at a great price, and it's beautiful. She will custom make whatever you want!

She is my photographers wife! Been meaning to look at her stuff... I heard she is pricey though. but then again I cant believe how much veils are to begin with!

The veils I have seen that I like are cathedral veils and have been in the $200-$300 price range.. Is that normal or do I just pick the expensive ones lol?

Re: Please recommend a veil place

I just purchased my veil today from Joan's Jewlery in Tri County! She was great! She spent so much time with me and when I found a style that I liked, I asked her if she could customize it a little more, add on more crystals and she said definately! My fingertip veil with the extra crystals was only $45!!!! And it will be ready next week! How can you beat that???

Re: Please recommend a veil place

I should add that the same veil with fewer crystals was $200 in RK Bridal!

Bridal Styles in Brooklyn. With the purchase of a headpiece, you get the veil for free and it is custom-made!

oh my gosh - looking at 16 different shades of off white for the most indecisive person ever is so not cool but in the end i went with diamond white. The natural white was still a little too white for our dress (IMO) The diamond white has a TINY bit more color to it. But anyway, i got a fingertip length veil with an elbow length second tier/blusher.
