Please Recommend Shoe Repair Place

I have been drooling over an anthropologie pair of shoes for my wedding. They were 350 dollars, and I waited, and bought them the day they went on sale for 200. They arrived yesterday and I love them. Problem is: they're just a little too small, and they've already sold out. I guess everyone ordered them right away when they went on sale. Otherwise they are perfect, the coolest style I've ever seen and the heel is a perfect height.
Has anyone had shoes 'stretched before'? I would want to go somewhere good being that this is a nice new pair of shoes. Can they stretch a pair of shoes a half size? Does anyone have a recommendation as to where to go?
