Please say a prayer for my cousin

Anna I am so sorry, but he is in excellent hands in Stony Brook and I will keep all good thoughts that he will be well and back on his feet soon.

My little trooper, JA has been napping all day since we got home. (I had my glucose test, AND a pediatrician checkup for JA while she was in the ER with her hubby this morning), then we went back to get her, and we took her out to lunch, so JA and I were running all over the place today.
My OB happened to be in the immediate vicinity of the hospital, so the timing worked out perfectly, and Im glad I was able to keep JA's apptmt for a followup. He's 'fine', all he still has is a little lingering cold. and not a whiney tear from him all day.. #2 better be just as good a baby...

I'll keep you all posted on my cousin.
He's being admitted to SB tonight.

I hope his kids take it ok, I dont know how much she is going to tell them (ages 11 and7)

Those are tough ages. They're old enough to know something serious is going on but too young to keep it in perspective and realize that at least he's alive. Although sometimes that's pretty hard for adults, too.

I'll keep him in my prayers.

I am sooo sorry. It is so unfair when bad things happen to such nice people. I will definitely say a prayer for your cousin that he has a full and speedy recovery.

Anna I am so sorry, heart attacks are so scary, my uncle died of one and he was as healthy as an ox, young and very active. My dad also had 2 and is alive THANK GOD!
